Capabilities : General : Work,

industry. Software Testing : Extensive experience
with software, not necessarily many products,
but some products in depth. These products must
be Windows based, preferably Win95/98 or NT
4.0 Workstation products, however X-Windows
and Motif windows based products experience
would be comparable. Knowledge and experience
in building program test and evaluation script
for comprehensive software testing. Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal,
especially written. Extensive experience with
user-interface evaluation and improvement, feature
refinement, bug fix, as well as user and systems
documentation. Knowledge as to software exception
priorities, how to express software execution
exceptions in concise, efficient, terms consistent
with the manner in which these exceptions are
remedied by programmers. Software Documentation
: Experience in writing User Guide Manuals,
User Reference Manuals, on-line Context Sensitive
Help. Experience in validating and testing Help
text. System Configuration Testing : Experience
in testing and verifying environment configurations
required of application software to run properly,
efficiently, and consistently. Experience in
Database configuration and tuning issues. Customer
Support & Training : Experience in user training
and support. Ability to effectively communicate
with users, how to sooth and support users in
a friendly and comfortable fashion, yet focused
on problem resolution. Experience in systems
support and recovery utilities (Tape Backup
operations, Disk/Database defragmentation, Keyfile
rebuilds, Consistency validations and reconstruction).
Responsibilities : Primary : Test
and Validate special application database software.
Provide concrete and specific problem definition
documentation to programmers for problem resolution.
Write test scripts to ensure comprehensive and
uniform testing. Author on-line, context sensitive
and context free user help documentation. Provide
review input to the software Design Definition.
Secondary : Provide training and support for
users. Collect feature enhancement information
from the user community. Provide input, information,
written text, graphics, and files for use from
our web site.
Education : BS or MS in any field
which resulted in a love for learning, a strong
command of the English language and the written
word, and a strong sense of teammanship and
the power of cooperative efforts.
Experience : 3+ years in formal
software quality review and testing/documentation,
or four or more years as a power user and technical
writer, or four or more years of help desk support
with technical writing and independent problem
solving experience.
Database
Design Engineer
Capabilities : Excellent
communication skills; Comprehensive compilation
of client requirements and workflow, and definition
in database schema to provide process engineering,
automation, and database to meet client needs.
Define optimal workflow and user interface properties
to achieve optimal attainment of client goals.
Must be able to fit data model and implementation
architecture to client needs. In depth knowledge
of implementation details affecting performance,
portability, cost, expandability, reliability,
security, disaster recovery, user interface,
user friendliness, learning curve properties,
requirements for training and support, interface
to other electro-mechanical devices. Bring all
of this knowledge and experience in focus to
meet client needs.
Education : BS, MS or PhD in CS,
EE, or related field.
Experience : 5+ years applications/database
systems design, implementation, and support.
Experience
with ER/Studio or ER/Win; Oracle, SQL Server,
Sybase, or DB2 (UDB) a must. Experience in roundtrip
engineering database logical models with UML
data diagrams a plus.
Database
Development Engineer
Capabilities : Good communication
skills; Develop database operations software
from schema and module functional definition
in network or relational model. Indepth knowledge
of implementation details affecting performance,
portability, expandability, reliability, security,
disaster recovery, user interface, user friendliness,
learning curve properties, requirements for
training and support, interface to other electro-mechanical
devices. Bring all of this knowledge and experience
in focus to meet client needs.
Education : BS or MS in CS, EE
or related field.
Experience : 5+ years applications/database

in MS SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, DB2 (UDB).
UML and Ab Initio experience a plus.

Primary Responsibilities : Primary
: Compose Use Cases in Embarcadero/Describe
to resolve all Requirements, organize the Use
Cases into Packages for optimal OOD configuration.
Articulate Use Case Scenarios to resolve all
workflow, data flow and business process requirements.
Construct support diagrams (Activity, Statechart,
Sequence, and Collaboration diagrams) as needed
to articulate the Design to a buildable level
of detail. Interface with Client stakeholders
and SMEs to resolve questions regarding the
design details. Augment Requirements with information
obtained from the Client. Complete tasks on
time and within budget. Accouting systems experience
a plus.
Education
: BS
or MS in any field which resulted in a love

Experience
